📋 Description

• Lead and oversee high-impact strategic supply chain advisory engagements, including assessments, maturity evaluations, roadmap development, and transformation planning • Shape and evolve Strategic Services offerings for Retail customers • Lead and coach a team of Strategic Advisors in the Retail vertical • Define and lead go-to-market strategies and innovation agendas across targeted industry verticals • Provide executive leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams designing, launching, and optimizing industry-specific solutions • Partner with senior internal stakeholders to align advisory strategy, solution direction, and organizational objectives • Advise client executive leadership on complex decision-making and long-term transformation initiatives • Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new market opportunities • Build, maintain, and expand executive-level client relationships and support new business opportunities • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams, customers, and external forums • Ensure high-quality advisory outcomes, client satisfaction, and measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic advisory, strategic planning, or related leadership roles • Proven track record leading and delivering complex, large-scale strategic initiatives and transformation programs • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to executive and C-level stakeholders • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience leading senior, cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of business operations, end-to-end supply chain processes, and enterprise transformation • Ability to think strategically, translate vision into execution, and drive sustained results • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations • Deep supply chain industry and sub-industry expertise • Proven line management experience, ideally in advisory or consulting organizations • Experience developing and scaling advisory or professional services offerings across multiple industry verticals • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions, roadmaps, and investment priorities • Expertise guiding customers through best-practice solution deployments • Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills, including independently demoing solutions and linking strategy to business outcomes • Experience designing, launching, and optimizing industry-specific solutions and go-to-market strategies • Comfortable representing the organization in executive forums, industry events, and high-impact customer environments • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
