📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership in the USA (mandatory) • Proven record managing $20B+ AUM (crypto, DeFi, or traditional markets) • Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, and on-chain data analysis • Strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency
