• Analyze results of software, hardware, and interoperability testing • Determine assurance levels of developed capabilities based on test results • Define scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample sizes to demonstrate system requirements • Validate specifications and requirements for testability • Develop test plans addressing specifications and requirements • Make recommendations based on test results • Perform developmental, interoperability, and operational testing • Record and manage test data • Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and software against defined specifications and requirements • Conduct test events and Test Readiness Reviews • Design data analysis structures and determine appropriate test rigor • Develop operations-based testing scenarios and support systems integration testing • Design and document overall program Test & Evaluation strategies • Identify Test & Evaluation infrastructure requirements, including personnel, ranges, tools, and instrumentation • Manage test assets, resources, and personnel • Collect, analyze, verify, and validate test data • Prepare Test & Evaluation plans and reports in accordance with JITC standards • Translate test data and results into evaluative conclusions • Design and implement test procedures • Perform quality assurance activities and ensure regulatory compliance • Conduct audits and review data and documentation • Execute tests and assessments using manual methods and automated test tools • Inspect, test, and measure produced or consumed data • Record initial findings and document final test results in formal reports • Account for testing anomalies and errors, notify customers and management, and assist with problem analysis or correction
• Bachelor's Degree • 8 years of specialized and/or military experience • Experience in one or more of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence, and Geospatial Intelligence • Strong evaluation skills • Strong report-writing skills • Secret security clearance • Ability to read and write automated test procedures and scripts in a currently supported programming language, such as Java or C++ • Experience using common testing tools, such as LoadRunner or Selenium • Understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols • Understanding of networking security methodologies and risk management processes • Technical writing in accordance with JITC standards • Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) • Working knowledge of Science Based Test Design (SBTD) in T&E approaches • Ability to document, notify, brief, and discuss results • Related certification in a military intelligence field (SIGINT, ELINT, or GEOINT) is desired • Ability to perform occasional travel and outdoor testing or evaluation activities • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, climb stairs, perform repetitive motions, and occasionally lift as needed
