📋 Description

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, configuration, installation, and management of network servers within the department to meet given requirements • Provides software support and implement servers, including infrastructure to support them • Has key responsibility for the identification and resolution of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related to network infrastructure and related all related servers • Supports digital transformation efforts • Understanding the Microsoft security patch cycle and apply patches to servers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) • At least four years of related experience in mission-critical enterprise server environments performing network engineering (hardware and software) • Excellent technical knowledge and aptitude in the areas of networks, network topologies, network file servers, applicable software, and troubleshooting techniques • Must be able to work independently with little to no daily supervision • Strong customer service and communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of hardware: Dell, and HP; OS: Microsoft Windows 2k3 thru current, VMware Esxi; Knowledge of PowerShell
