📋 Description
• Provide technical support and problem resolution assistance for production and process issues • Monitor overall performance and proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately • Collaborate with other areas to ensure customer-centered incident management and support • Prepare oral and written presentations and participate in instructional seminars
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline • Experience with automation/scripting/programming using PowerShell, Python, Terraform • Understanding of platforms: VMware, Azure Local, Hyper-V, Microsoft Clustering • Ability to analyze customer requirements and determine proper solutions
