📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing management reports • Oversee internal project management tools and track tasks and deliverables • Assist with onboarding new clients and processing contracts and statements of work • Prepare documents, decks, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings • Coordinate multiple projects across business streams, aligning timelines, budgets, and KPIs • Manage project timelines, workflows, and resources to deliver campaigns on time • Communicate project progress and updates to internal teams and external clients • Identify risks and work with teams to mitigate them • Serve as a client point of contact for status updates and day-to-day inquiries • Collaborate with client partners to understand needs and ensure timely service delivery • Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests • Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and campaign outcomes • Liaise between creative, strategy, and performance teams for seamless project execution • Support account management in maintaining client relationships and delivering marketing campaigns • Participate in team meetings to align project goals, milestones, and responsibilities • Track and measure KPIs for client campaigns and internal operations • Assist with performance reports and analytics for clients • Organize and maintain accurate project records, including client information, timelines, and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Proficiency in project management software such as Asana and Monday.com • Proficiency in G-Suite • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles • Candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors • Prior project management experience • Prior marketing agency experience • Client-facing experience • Experience in E-commerce or Direct to Consumer campaign/account
