📋 Description

• Own the company's highest-priority initiatives in partnership with the Founder • Drive cross-functional strategic projects from scoping and research through execution and review • Define objectives, owners, timelines, and success metrics • Run the Office of the Founder, including weekly priorities, meeting agendas, follow-ups, decision logs, and leadership cadence • Conduct market scans, competitive reviews, process audits, and financial analysis • Convert research findings into clear strategic recommendations • Prepare briefing materials, board and investor updates, and internal communications • Represent the Founder in communications with teams and partners • Identify risks and opportunities early and remove blockers • Build repeatable systems, playbooks, and dashboards • Use AI for research, analysis, and automation of recurring work

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, chief-of-staff, or startup roles • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion with measurable business impact • Ability to context-switch quickly across multiple projects • Analytical ability to extract key insights from messy information and turn them into decisions or plans • Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic financial modeling • Strong writing and communication skills • Ability to write clear briefs, provide honest feedback, and present ideas to leaders clearly and confidently • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities • High quality standards and discretion when handling sensitive information • Ability to respectfully challenge decisions when appropriate • Experience in a founder-led, high-growth, or agency environment • Experience in performance marketing, DTC, or creator-driven businesses • Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows • Comfort with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
