• Focus on in-role coaching and development of Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASes) • Coach TASes on scientific agility, customer/commercial mindset, change agility, teamwork, and enterprise mindset • Conduct selected ride-alongs with TASes for important healthcare professionals according to coaching plans • Own TASes’ learning journey and ensure continuous improvement in core skills and behaviors • Champion adoption of new capabilities, including CE^3 analytics and content personalization • Share knowledge, information, insights, and experiences with the TAS team • Coach TASes on leveraging CE^3 insights for call planning and preparation • Convene the field team to exchange experiences, collect feedback, provide change-leadership coaching, and encourage adoption of new ways of working • Execute promotional program planning and budget planning • Use insights to prioritize accounts and develop strategies for key accounts • Ensure continuous customer experience improvement • Lead financial and program planning for the district • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or other related industry experience • Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience leading and managing high-performing teams, strongly preferred • Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred, including understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment • Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals • Proven successful track record of selecting, developing, and retaining talented individuals • Experience using analytical skills and selling skills • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain • At least 21 years of age • Driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company • Expertise in the therapeutic area • Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating scientific and clinical data • Strong learning mindset and passion for science; ability to stay current with the latest data • Ability to use data insights to inform engagement and conduct strategic planning • Adept at using digital tools • Ability to lead across a matrix • Ability to understand, analyze, develop, execute, and adjust business plans • Must comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies governing conduct
