📋 Description

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed assigned sales targets compliantly • Create demand for BMS medicines by explaining the clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients • Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans • Use CE^3 and other available tools to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans • Provide feedback on tool experience to leadership for continuous improvement • Present approved scientific resources and publications to HCPs while ensuring medical accuracy • Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learns, and discuss label-consistent product information with HCPs • Organize external speaker programs and facilitate speaker scheduling and logistics • Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications • Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries • Collaborate with other field teams to deliver a strong Customer Experience • Gather and share relevant customer insights internally with appropriate stakeholders • Comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies • Spend 100% of time in the field with external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse • Ability to drive business results • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to physicians • Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks • Experience in Psychiatry is preferred • Strong account management skills and superior selling competencies • Proven sales performance track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Strong selling and promotional skills • Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating credibility with customers across the patient care journey • Understanding of the patient journey and ability to customize engagement and deliver tailored messages • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong learning mindset and passion for science • Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, clinical data, and BMS product data • Ability to segment HCPs based on preferences and other relevant factors • Ability to use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning • Ability to use healthcare technology and digital communication channels • Competency using CE^3 and software or CRM tools to collect, enter, and manage quality data, track interactions, and plan engagements • Ability to use Medical on Call technology • Strong business acumen • Learning agility • High integrity and good judgment • At least 21 years of age • Driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Driving risk level deemed acceptable by the Company • Must meet the Company’s Qualified Driver requirements to operate a company-provided vehicle
