📋 Description

• Design, build and ship full-stack features for new and existing AI-powered products • Work with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and design solutions • Own technical design of complex system components and make scalable architecture decisions • Use AI tools such as Claude Code daily while maintaining high engineering quality • Balance speed with security, reliability and data protection for enterprise clients • Contribute to engineering practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing • Own problems end to end, from understanding client needs through system design and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Upper mid-level to senior professional software engineering experience • Full-stack experience and willingness to build whatever the problem needs • Strong TypeScript • Experience with a backend language such as Java or C# • System design experience, ideally as the go-to architect for a complex system • Already building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code • Experience discovering client needs and turning them into well-designed solutions • Experience owning problems end to end • Understanding of enterprise client needs • Fluent written and spoken English • Experience building LLM-powered features in production (nice to have) • Experience building software for enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries (nice to have)
