📋 Description

• Build agents that run real parts of the business and perform real work • Use ElevenLabs' agents platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models • Make agents reliable, measurable, and safe for business use • Work in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to growth pods • Identify valuable problems and own solutions end to end • Build applied AI systems beyond the demo stage

🎯 Requirements

• Python • SQL • LLM APIs • Agent orchestration • Experience shipping production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem • Experience building with LLMs beyond a demo • Ability to evaluate LLM systems and understand where they fail • Ability to measure whether built systems worked • Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems • Ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones • Must currently reside in an eligible country/location; application form requires country of current residence • Required links to GitHub and LinkedIn profiles
