📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software integrated into embedded devices and systems • Lead review, analysis, and translation of customer requirements into embedded software product designs • Review embedded systems software code for specialized hardware • Lead integration of embedded software with hardware components • Lead analysis, monitoring, and improvement of embedded software efficiency and stability • Lead testing and debugging of embedded device and system software • Research and lead implementation of emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes • Advise on software and hardware integration domains • Lead tracking and evaluation of internal and supplier software team performance • Lead embedded software project management functions • Support the Boeing Technology and Innovation Software Engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Active US Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship • U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development • 1+ years of experience leading software development projects • Ability to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
