📋 Description

• Lead hands-on analytics of client projects end-to-end with support and mentorship from a Director • Identify datasets worth analyzing, provision and clean data, and perform data exploration and modeling • Apply segmentation, forecasting, A/B testing, and related analytical methods • Develop actionable insights and clear recommendations for non-technical audiences • Design, build, and train clients on reporting, dashboards, and performance insights using Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, and PowerPoint • Present and discuss analyses with internal stakeholders and clients, adapting content for different audiences • Analyze integrated marketing and customer journey datasets in the context of client strategy • Analyze transactional data to understand customer value, purchasing patterns, loyalty, and lifetime value • Explore new analytics datasets and tools to support client insights and optimization • Build and maintain data architecture documentation identifying canonical datasets and their sources

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ domain experience within marketing, retail, or customer analytics or a related field • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio or similar • Experience with deep analysis of customer and transaction data, including segmentation, customer lifetime value (LTV), churn/loyalty risk analysis, propensity modeling, etc. • Experience using AI tools, including skills/agents, to accelerate data analysis, code generation, or insight development • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data science, economics, social sciences, or related discipline with exposure to statistical/quantitative analysis • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for analytics and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment • Innate curiosity and desire to learn new skills and tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Client-facing analytics experience
