📋 Description

• Provide a top-notch client experience while answering high-volume calls from existing and prospective clients about appointment scheduling, services, pet care, and clinic information • Review and respond to high-volume emails focused on sending and receiving medical records • Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members • Assist with administrative tasks such as clinic reschedules • Document client interactions using Zendesk and Vetspire • Use Slack and Google platforms to communicate with virtual nurses and clinic team members, including Care Coordinators, Nurses, and DVMs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment with inbound and outbound calls in the health industry • Ability to manage and prioritize a significant daily email volume • Proficiency in call routing and effective team communication • Experience with appointment scheduling and rescheduling • Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk and Vetspire • Comfortable using Slack and Google platforms • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and customer service • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet or exceed call and email performance goals • Dedication to exceptional client experiences and client satisfaction • Comfortable being online and available for calls for 8–9 hours per shift • Previous experience answering 90+ calls per shift • Access to a quiet working space • Independent, unrestricted, valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer • Must accept new employment for this position; Bond Vet does not sponsor employment-based visas or facilitate F-1 visa STEM OPT for this role
