• Lead complex, multifaceted client implementations across Bonterra's Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions • Work with cross-functional teams and nonprofit leadership to design and configure tailored solutions • Architect solutions that meet customer needs—considering staffing, programs, data migration, and integrations • Empower clients with the skills and confidence to own their solution long-term • Lead the technical design and client enablement while balancing client satisfaction with project budgets and timelines • Contribute to broader PS team excellence • Acquire and maintain deep expertise across the full Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions • Design creative, custom solutions when standard templates don't fit • Conduct thorough discovery to understand client org structure, strategic goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements • Lead technical demonstrations of solutions, translating complex features into language that resonates with specific client requirements and stakeholders • Partner with Project Managers, fellow Implementation Consultants, and Onboarding Consultants to coordinate delivery and ensure quality across multiple concurrent implementations • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with contacts at all levels of the customer organization • Proactively identify and communicate project risks • Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce and Monday.com
• 6+ years of professional experience • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture • Active listening skills enabling you to quickly understand a company's org structure, goals, and data needs • Demonstrated ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort • Problem-solving skills with technical agility, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguous situations • Strong relationship-building skills (you gain trust and influence quickly) • Clear verbal and written communication, including the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, compelling language • Strong individual accountability and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
