📋 Description

• Lead complex, multifaceted client implementations across Bonterra’s Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions • Design and configure tailored solutions addressing sophisticated client requirements • Architect solutions considering staffing, programs, data migration, and integrations • Empower clients with the skills and confidence to own their solutions long-term • Acquire and maintain expertise across Case Management and/or Fundraising Solutions • Conduct discovery to understand client structure, strategic goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements • Design and configure solutions within budget, documenting requirements and estimating hours and timelines • Lead technical demonstrations and translate complex features into client-relevant language • Partner with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Onboarding Consultants across concurrent implementations • Lead working sessions with client subject matter experts • Develop and maintain relationships across customer organizations • Identify and communicate project risks, escalate issues, and manage scope, budget, and priorities • Maintain project records in Salesforce and Monday.com • Contribute to PS process improvement, document best practices, build reusable assets, and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture • Active listening skills enabling quick understanding of organizational structure, goals, and data needs • Ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort • Problem-solving skills with technical agility, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguous situations • Strong relationship-building skills • Clear verbal and written communication, including ability to explain complex concepts simply • Individual accountability and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams • Administrator or power-user-level experience with Bonterra Case Management or Fundraising Solutions products preferred • Background in human services, social services, nonprofit operations, or nonprofit technology preferred • Knowledge of government databases, reporting requirements, and compliance frameworks preferred • Experience with data migration projects, including planning, mapping, validation, and QA preferred • Familiarity with SQL and ability to create custom queries for data analysis preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Lucidchart preferred • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members preferred • Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
