📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of Keeper’s software for all customers, including initial deployments of new customers and expansion deployments of existing customers • Tailor solutions to meet each customer’s specific needs and objectives • Offer continuous technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and proactively address project risks and issues • Communicate verbally and in writing with Spanish- and English-speaking customers • Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communications • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve solution functionality and usability • Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery within predefined scope • Communicate project status and progress transparently to internal stakeholders and customers, addressing issues and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation • Must be fluent, both verbal and written in Spanish, and English • Experience with Salesforce • Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools • Experience in SaaS deployment with security software experience preferred • Proficiency in leading external customer engagements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com preferred • French language skills preferred • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration (or a field related to project management) or equivalent work experience preferred
