📋 Description

• Support operations and continuous improvement of global benefits programs • Manage day-to-day administration of global benefit programs • Field and resolve employee benefits inquiries • Support administration of leave of absence programs • Lead design and continuous improvement of leave workflows • Serve as operational point of contact for benefits vendors • Support compliance with U.S. and global regulatory requirements • Assist with configuration and maintenance of benefit enrollment system • Identify root causes of issues and develop sustainable solutions • Develop and maintain benefits reporting dashboards and data visualizations • Identify opportunities to improve programs and employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration • Strong knowledge of U.S. health and welfare plans and retirement programs • Experience working with brokers, TPAs, and benefit vendors • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting benefit renewals and annual enrollment cycles • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and exercise judgment • Strong time management and organizational skills
