📋 Description

• Support the HR Service Department as a main point of contact for associates across the US and Canada • Help customers navigate HR topics including compensation, benefits, training and development, HR technical systems, and payroll • Partner with Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to support deployment of HR initiatives • Educate managers and associates on HR processes and technical tools • Troubleshoot HR-related issues and provide real-time problem solving • Partner with other HR teams when additional expertise is needed to resolve customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to Human Resources • Ability to work 35–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday • One-year internship commitment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics • Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills • Proficiency navigating web-based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive, quick learner, and able to adapt to change • Minimum 3.0 GPA • Minimum 18 years of age • Indefinite U.S. work authorization required • Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable • Successful completion of drug screen and background check required before start date
