📋 Description

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams across varied projects • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects using internal processes • Serve as Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning • Monitor, report, and manage scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks • Provide weekly project status reports to clients and Bounteous stakeholders • Build consensus and resolve problems within project teams • Advocate for project teams and ensure they have the information needed to deliver quality outcomes • Facilitate communication among project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, guide discussions, and track action items • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts constructively • Act as a key client contact and ensure expectations and results are met • Use OpenAir and Jira for project management, reporting, and data-driven decisions • Maintain weekly resource forecasts for project team members in OpenAir • Partner with clients and product owners to realize business goals through working solutions • Develop domain expertise in clients’ business areas • Collaborate with designers, developers, content strategists, and stakeholders across the company • Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope and solution new opportunities • Report to the Program Director and improve processes and efficiency across Program Delivery • Coach and mentor team members • Build strong client and internal relationships • Contribute to Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards • Continue developing skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning • Promote and enforce information security practices • Identify, assess, and report information security risks • Evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission for privacy compliance, including GDPR and CCPA • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility • At least 1–2 years of Agile experience • 5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager • Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management techniques • Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people • Experience managing distributed or remote team members • Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months) • In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies • Proven organizational skills and focused attention to detail • Experience with Confluence/Jira or equivalent software-development tools • Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and Drupal • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify • Experience with Google Analytics • CSM and PMP certifications are a plus • Experience working in regulated environments and with policies such as Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and/or CAN-SPAM is a plus • Willingness to travel as required
