📋 Description

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fires, power outages, gas leaks, water leaks, and other critical facility incidents • Execute preventative maintenance activities on equipment and machinery according to established schedules • Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure • Oversee renovation and remodeling projects according to project specifications and timelines • Interpret and apply engineering drawings and principles to maintenance and repair activities • Maintain communication and coordination through two-way radio systems during operational activities

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational or technical school training with a minimum of 3 years of facilities engineering or related maintenance experience preferred • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and applying engineering principles to maintenance and repair activities • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure • Proficiency in the safe and effective operation of hand and power tools • Strong working knowledge of relevant safety standards and equipment operation protocols • Verbal and written communication skills, including coordination via two-way radio systems • Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations and critical facility incidents • Ability to stand and walk throughout assigned shifts, and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined spaces • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications and licenses relevant to the position
