📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients • Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions • Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including GL, chart of accounts, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, OneWorld, intercompany transactions and eliminations, currency management and consolidation, financial close processes, and ARM • Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes • Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle • Mentor onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements • Support pre-sales through demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture • Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials • Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients • Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld (Multi-Entity), Advanced Revenue Management, General Ledger, chart of accounts, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, intercompany accounting and eliminations, multi-currency and consolidation, and financial close management • Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Proven experience leading functional consulting teams and managing client engagements • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred • NetSuite Financial User or Administrator Certification is a plus • Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Financial Dashboards, and reporting • Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, payroll, banking, tax, or third-party financial systems • Consulting or professional services background • Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development
