• Provide end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact new product development programs • Lead multiple cross-functional teams through the NPD process from concept to retail launch • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on spec • Own and drive multiple large or complex NPD programs through the Phase Gate process • Develop and manage integrated timelines and anticipate delivery risks • Lead cross-functional teams through trade-off decisions protecting timing, cost, and scope • Help define and refine NPD gates and milestones as the PMO matures • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, and Creative • Facilitate high-impact meetings and drive decision-making and alignment • Identify, assess, and manage risks across programs with significant business impact • Develop mitigation and contingency plans and escalate appropriately • Provide strategic project updates to cross-functional leaders and stakeholders • Communicate risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to influence alignment and decisions • Strengthen PMO processes, tools, and standards • Identify systemic gaps and drive improvements for predictable, efficient, and scalable product launches • Design, pilot, and champion PMO tools, templates, and communication cadences • Shape operational standards and demonstrate project management’s strategic value
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar • Typically 7–10+ years of professional experience, including extensive ownership of complex NPD programs • Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools • Ability to manage multiple large or complex NPD programs simultaneously through the Phase Gate process • Advanced risk management and mitigation planning skills • Strong strategic verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels • Deep fluency across Brand, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, and other partner functions • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments with competing priorities • Ability to navigate complex, high-stakes conflicts and influence outcomes without formal authority • Successful completion of a background check
