📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement performance and load testing strategies for web applications and backend services. • Write, optimize, and maintain automation scripts to streamline and enhance testing processes across various test environments. • Create and expand a comprehensive automated testing framework that includes test plans, test cases, and continuous testing pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and customer success, to ensure test strategies support overall project goals and deliverables. • Implement and oversee continuous integration (CI) and continuous testing (CT) pipelines to ensure timely feedback on application performance and quality. • Monitor, analyze, and report on application performance and resource utilization throughout testing cycles. • Provide clear and detailed test reports, including actionable insights for stakeholders. • Stay informed on industry trends, automation technologies, and best practices to continually improve the test automation process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in automated testing, with a strong focus on writing and maintaining automation scripts. • 5+ years of experience in performance and load testing. • Proficiency with load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright and C# or similar, with proven experience writing test scripts from scratch. • Must successfully clear a Level II fingerprint background screening (required by certain Brandt customer contracts).
