📋 Description

• Perform concrete and compaction testing on commercial construction projects • Prepare daily reports on testing and daily activities • Report observations and test data with accuracy and completeness • Communicate test results with project leads and site superintendents/foremen • Work with project engineers and clients to ensure client specifications are followed • Travel to wind and solar farms and other remote projects • Perform routine inspections and testing of construction materials in the field to verify conformance to construction plans, contract documents, and project specifications • Work overtime, weekends, and outdoors in varying weather conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving history required • Ability to travel extensively and work at remote project sites throughout the US • Willingness to work long hours and weekends as required • Previous materials testing experience preferred • Technical expertise in electronic field data collection • Able to interpret plans and specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook • iPad experience a plus • Ability to lift 50 pounds • High School diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of construction materials testing experience • ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I certification • Pre-employment drug screen test required • Criminal background check required • Motor vehicle report required
