📋 Description

• Manage daily cash activity: monitor bank accounts, record transactions, and maintain accurate cash position reporting. • Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger (GL) reconciliations; research and resolve discrepancies. • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP, company policy, and internal controls. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. • Process and monitor ACH payments, wire transfers, and positive pay; maintain banking relationships. • Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and maintaining accurate accounting records. • Monitor financial activity to identify irregularities or risk, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support accounting, treasury, and operational initiatives. • Own assigned accounts and responsibilities; proactively manage deadlines and communicate progress to leadership. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting and treasury processes through automation, standardization, and stronger controls. • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and schedules to support management decision-making. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data and ensure regulatory compliance. • Provide backup support for accounting and treasury functions; participate in special projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree requirement may be waived for candidates with 5+ years of relevant hands-on accounting experience). • 3–5 years of progressive accounting and/or treasury experience. • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as NetSuite AND QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Experience processing ACH payments, wire transfers, and other treasury transactions. • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Experience in a multi-entity, manufacturing, or high-volume transaction environment preferred.
