📋 Description

• Conducting in-depth legal research • Drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery • Taking and defending depositions and examinations under oath • Rendering insightful opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation • Managing and prioritizing a diverse caseload while expertly handling complex matters

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrated commitment to providing the highest quality client service • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Computer proficiency • The ability to identify and resolve problems promptly • A conscientious approach to work completion and deadlines • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus • Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
