📋 Description

• Participate in discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes • Participate in end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite • Perform testing to validate system configuration and processes against client requirements • Drive client data transformation, migration, and integration into NetSuite • Support comprehensive testing and training programs and participate in client sessions to promote adoption • Produce functional requirements documents, technical specifications, and other professional project deliverables • Maintain client communication, manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and build long-term client trust • Manage individual tasks and timelines for on-time project delivery • Document global requirements and support long-term technology roadmaps integrating with NetSuite and beyond • Apply industry best practices to support complex consulting requirements • Mentor junior consultants through ongoing guidance, training, and professional development • Contribute to internal practice development and company-wide growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields • 2+ years working with NetSuite in implementation or end-user contexts • Ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools • Understanding of business process improvement and leading practices • Ability to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities as needed • Commitment to major project milestones, with proactive communication and escalation of blockers • Proactive outreach to project team members regarding work status and task completion • Strong communication skills • Expertise in at least one preferred industry vertical: Supply Chain & Manufacturing; Services & Construction; Field Service Management; or Software & Technology • Knowledge of relevant NetSuite modules and industry processes for the selected vertical • Ability to travel on-site for client needs • For U.S.-based employment, legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility; sponsorship is not provided
