📋 Description

• Deliver engaging 1-on-1 English Language Arts lessons to children • Help students build confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking • Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts without creating original content • Track each child’s progress and share insights with the academic team • Continuously improve class engagement and student experience • Complete onboarding training covering Brighterly overview, teaching materials, online teaching tools, Teacher Room, and communication practices

🎯 Requirements

• C1+ English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent • Passion for teaching young learners and making lessons engaging • At least 6 months of teaching experience with children • At least high-school level language knowledge and diploma • Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension, and writing • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills • Availability for at least 20 hours per week, with weekdays prioritized • Must be 18 years old or older • Must not be a resident of Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Lebanon, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, Yemen, or Pakistan, and must provide documentary proof • Must be ready to work at least 20 hours per week between 4 pm and 8 pm New York timezone • Bachelor degree in education or a similar field requested in the application form
