📋 Description

• Process documentation and apply savings when applicable. • Audit education assistance verification documents. • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance. • Follow the tuition policy of corporate clients. • Proof grade reports, tuition receipts, and student loan receipts against submissions and client requirements. • Ensure appropriate tuition discounts are applied to invoices before payment submission. • Navigate the internal Knowledge Base and FAQs to respond to customer questions. • Research account activity and notes, troubleshoot issues, and provide supporting help documentation. • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat. • Make outbound phone calls to client employees to explain documentation and policy requirements and help navigate the user interface.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred. • 2 years customer service experience, and Auditing Experience is preferred. • High level of computer proficiency is essential. • Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools. • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment. • Ability to multi-task and handle more than one live chat at a time while simultaneously addressing multiple inquiries effectively. • Ability to manage multiple clients with relative ease. • Self-starter who is highly motivated and organized. • Ability to work independently from a quiet, home office. • Must be available Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–4:00pm EST, with flexibility to increase hours during peak periods. • At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position.
