📋 Description

• Monitor activities throughout the community and report unusual occurrences to the Property Manager • Communicate expectations and community rules to residents • Respond immediately to emergency situations and determine appropriate actions • Lock entrance doors, security gates, laundry rooms, and pool gates at designated evening times when required • Conduct scheduled nightly inspections of the community and common-area exterior doors • Report unusual activity or visitors to police and the Property Manager • Prepare Resident Incident reports for residents disrupting community peace and tranquility • Avoid entering residents’ residences during non-emergency situations; have another employee accompany you when presence is warranted • Inspect and correct walkway lighting nightly and report missing or broken lights • Screen unwanted guests or intruders • Perform nightly trash pick-up • Assist with setting up common areas for resident events • Monitor pool and clubhouse activity to ensure rules are followed • Perform janitorial and cleaning duties for the clubhouse interior and exterior

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Education: High School or GED • Minimum Experience: 1 Year • Ability to communicate effectively with residents about rules, regulations, property expectations, and standards • No authorization of firearms or weapons of any kind during shift • Must not restrain individuals; physical restraint is against company policy and grounds for immediate termination
