📋 Description

• Design and perform end-to-end quality assurance tests on web content and functionality • Collaborate with developers, product owners, copywriters, and designers to review and validate content details • Identify quality, deliverability, compatibility, and usability issues • Identify solutions and retest fixes • Identify roadblocks and solutions before timelines and launch dates are impacted • Develop and implement quality assurance technologies, standards, and measures • Exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding testing methods, pass/fail decisions, and issue severity • Review test plans for completeness and clarity • Track defects and fixes and report progress • Ensure digital content is accurate, correctly coded, appropriately versioned, responsive across devices, and rendered according to design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience • Demonstrated experience planning and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures for web and digital experiences, including AEM content publishing • Manual UAT • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience in eCommerce/digital content publishing • Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, TestFlight, and BrowserStack • Experience testing responsive web experiences across browsers, devices, and operating systems • Analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and communicate complex issues
