📋 Description

• Answer all after-hours calls, texts, and emails promptly. • Respond to caregiver call-offs and staffing emergencies. • Find and assign qualified caregivers to open shifts. • Update and maintain the agency scheduling system. • Notify clients of any schedule changes when necessary. • Contact available caregivers to fill last-minute openings. • Document all weekend calls, staffing changes, and incidents. • Escalate emergencies to the Administrator when appropriate. • Ensure all client shifts are covered whenever possible. • Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and office staff. • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Complete an On-Call Report before the start of the next business day. • Follow all agency policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home care, home health, healthcare scheduling, or staffing experience. • Excellent telephone etiquette. • Strong computer skills. • Experience using scheduling software preferred. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office. • Dependable cell phone available throughout the on-call shift. • Must be able to make sound decisions independently. • Must pass a background check.
