📋 Description
• Generate new business across homeowner’s, auto, and commercial/business lines • Use consultative selling techniques to engage prospects, uncover needs, and offer tailored insurance packages • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, quote presentation, closing, and new production • Meet and exceed production targets in a high-growth environment • Leverage existing relationships and drive new growth opportunities for an existing book of business
🎯 Requirements
• Must be based in Florida • MUST hold a valid Florida insurance license: 2-20 Property & Casualty, required • 1+ Years of experience in Insurance Sales • Strong communicator, self-motivated, organized, able to build rapport and close deals • An existing book of business is a plus (but not required)
