📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery across payment products, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and scalable releases • Support the evolution of product architecture in partnership with Engineering, including APIs, workflows, and integrations • Establish cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams • Own product performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, portfolio growth, and customer outcomes • Contribute to product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for Payments and Cards offerings • Build and mentor a high-performing product team with strong accountability and execution discipline • Partner closely with executive leadership • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across product lines and B2B partner implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product leadership experience • Deep expertise in card issuing in the US and Canada • Strong domain expertise in credit cards and prepaids • Deep understanding of cross-border payment flows, tokenized payments, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation • Proven experience with payment rails, money movement, or financial services APIs • Strong grasp of operational and regulatory complexity • Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and platform architecture • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through product strategy and execution • Highly analytical and data-driven with strong commercial and product judgment • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong accountability • Experience with Platform-as-a-Service or embedded finance platforms is a bonus • Experience with fraud, risk, and compliance product domains is a bonus • Exposure to AI/LLMs in payments or product automation is a bonus
