📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites in varying weather conditions to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain BRINC hardware and software. • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns during implementation. • Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback. • Ensure installations comply with building codes & safety standards. • Maintain strong relationships with our Law Enforcement / Public Safety customers to drive customer success and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to assemble and disassemble products, following installation guidelines & manuals when appropriate • Basic computer knowledge and networking aptitude • Basic operational knowledge of MacOS, Windows or Linux operating systems • General working experience with electronics components, low and high voltage electrical wiring, and general knowledge of mechanics as it relates to hardware assembly and troubleshooting • Experience working in a fast paced environment • Ability to work independently and in a small team, take initiative, and communicate effectively • Ability to independently book and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries. • Ability to safely climb and work from ladders at various heights, as needed for the role. • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects of varying weights, as required for the role. • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
