📋 Description

• Represent Broadcom as the technical expert, trusted advisor, and solution evangelist to major global prospects and customers • Support sales teams with sales strategy, opportunity qualification, and deal execution • Serve as the senior technical customer contact throughout the sales cycle and engage, influence, and consult C-level executives • Conduct in-depth discovery of customer environments, technical pain points, and business objectives • Architect and deliver high-level technical vision and future-state journeys • Coordinate and manage demonstrations, proofs of value, and technical wins with territory or partner teams • Analyze technical and market trends and build thought leadership around them • Build and deliver thought leadership presentations at Broadcom and industry events • Act as a Feature Sponsor for new features and functions • Participate in PI discussions and provide feedback on feature gaps and customer needs • Provide field-experience insights to align product messaging with customer situations • Support creation of marketing content with expert insights • Provide enablement and technical knowledge transfer to the wider technical community • Coach, mentor, and enable territory teams across products, sales acumen, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall • 10 years in a specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT, not just as a vendor in sales or services • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Experience in IT Operations and Processes, Workload Automation, and Infrastructure Management • Customer-focused attitude with emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets • Ability to articulate and present effectively to technical and executive-level stakeholders • Desire to understand and evangelize Broadcom’s distinct differentiators • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive-aggressive attitude and excellent organizational skills • Commitment to continual personal development, customer service, and follow-up • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to work with and navigate a variety of internal groups • Understanding of Broadcom and competitors’ solutions within the specific domain • Willingness to travel as necessary
