📋 Description

• Learn from the customer service team to identify and communicate with clients through email, phone, and other request channels • Serve client needs to fulfill electronic transmission of sensitive documents to the SEC • Develop knowledge of SEC guidelines and EDGAR rule specifications for successful client disclosures • Use Microsoft 365 and internal applications daily • Revise documents from Word, Excel, and PDF into HTML format using proprietary software • Collaborate with departments to process EDGAR projects through final stages before SEC transmission

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2 years+ in client/customer service • 6 months in financial printer experience preferred • HTML editing experience required • HTML Codes or XBRL a plus • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable speaking with upper management, Board members, Partners/Attorneys • Process management skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Solid computer skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Central Time, Monday - Friday
