📋 Description

• Independently manage a high-volume portfolio of active employer onboardings across assigned partners and implementation types • Translate business and partner objectives into project strategies with measurable goals • Lead onboarding execution from kickoff preparation and facilitation through vendor coordination, data delivery tracking, go-live management, and hand-offs to Client Experience • Monitor project metrics and milestones to evaluate progress and delivery effectiveness • Maintain accurate project records using Zoho, Jira, and Smartsheet • Communicate project and book-of-business progress to internal leaders, flagging risks and conveying trends • Build and maintain proactive partner relationships throughout the onboarding lifecycle • Lead stakeholder updates, kickoff calls, and internal hand-offs • Respond to partner inquiries promptly and professionally • Identify, document, escalate, and independently drive issues through resolution • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers • Contribute to process discussions and process improvement initiatives • Develop executive presentation skills for career growth toward Senior PM and Lead PM roles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of project management or client implementation experience • Ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client projects • Experience managing projects and working in a client-facing role with direct interaction across multiple stakeholder levels • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external working relationships • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Zoho, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office • Ability to independently manage escalations, identify root causes, and support driving issues to resolution • Comfort working alongside analysts to support prioritization of tasks and escalations • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly, especially new technology and processes • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Prior experience in healthcare IT, benefits consulting, insurance, or the health industry (bonus) • Experience in SaaS implementation, data analytics, or another fast-paced, growth-focused environment (bonus) • PMP or other project management certification (bonus)
