📋 Description

• Lead planning and buildout execution of assigned retail projects throughout North America, up to 10 projects per year • Manage the full life cycle of assigned retail construction projects • Align with Real Estate, Store Design, and leadership on project milestones and schedules • Review and assist with negotiation of Landlord Work Letters • Attend Landlord Kick-off calls and coordinate landlord work requirements • Partner with Store Design and Expeditors on building department submissions • Review and redline preliminary design sets; identify long-lead materials and project risks • Manage contractor/vendor bidding and award processes • Coordinate with landlord representatives to initiate construction and support store openings • Create and communicate Vendor Delivery Schedules • Manage external vendor relationships throughout construction • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, payment applications, invoices, and change orders • Lead weekly OAC calls with project stakeholders • Maintain accurate budget forecasts with the Construction Finance Manager • Liaise with Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Facilities teams • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor quality and schedule • Generate and monitor contractor punch lists • Support the New Store Opening team during merchandising • Obtain closeout documents and lien waivers for Tenant Allowance requests • Provide feedback to improve construction schedules and buildout costs • Maintain complete project files • Travel frequently, up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience in specialty or luxury retail • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of development • Knowledge of labor and material costs, and best practices in the retail construction industry • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format • Experience working with Project Management Software (ex. Procore, PlanGrid, etc.) • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive, positive, and professional nature • Ability to perform tasks with discretion and poise and often confidentiality
