📋 Description

• Manage quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle • Manage clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples • Set up and test survey links and redirects • Prepare and send sample • Conduct quality and audit checks • Manage respondent inquiries and honorarium • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings • Ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution • Monitor productivity and data collection quality • Produce regular project status updates and progress reports • Monitor and account for project costs affecting the budget • Partner with sales and operations teams to address issues and improve study performance • Work independently to support international company teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Experience in international online market research focused on healthcare • Experience with survey recruitment • Experience collaborating with all teams involved in projects • Experience in qualitative project management is an advantage • Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders • Problem-solving and proactive client communication skills • Ability to multitask • Experience planning project timelines • Ability to project estimated fieldwork completion for revenue forecasting • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic math skills, including calculating incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Quick learner of new technologies/software • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment • Successful candidate must be able to work EST hours
