• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. • Monitoring, and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams • Review past and current sales data to determine trends in productivity • Present actionable information and insights • Create new reports and dashboards, update workflows and fields as needed • Support Sales Management: KPI/Scorecard development and distribution, maintain weekly/monthly/annual reporting. • CRM Maintenance and Standardization: Salesforce super user. • Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com: Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. • Excellent project management skills, and effective time management skills. • High-level experience in methodologies and processes for data collection • Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field • A strong, detailed orientated and high standard of quality and accuracy • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
