📋 Description

• Lead the company website inside Webflow, including page structure and CMS organization • Define typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand presentation • Build reusable design components for consistent pages • Create landing pages for campaigns, launches, and promotions • Maintain website speed, responsiveness, and accessibility • Manage page layout, SEO metadata, and routine content updates in Webflow • Collaborate on web graphics, imagery, and overall visual direction • Identify visual or functional problems and propose solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of web design work with a portfolio containing real, live examples • Solid, hands-on Webflow experience shipping production sites • Proficiency with Figma for designing, prototyping, and preparing files for build • User-first design approach • HTML/CSS knowledge sufficient to determine when custom code is appropriate • Knowledge of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility basics • Working knowledge of SEO, including metadata and page structure • Self-directed, communicative, and reliable about deadlines • Portfolio submission required • Must be authorized to work in the USA
