📋 Description

• Compare AI-generated versions of the same deliverable • Score deliverables across layout and spacing, typography, colour, domain realism, and polish • Rework the strongest candidate to reference quality • Provide clear justifications tied to specific layout evidence, including alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density • Apply design judgment to corporate client materials • Help shape how AI models produce polished, publish-ready knowledge work • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a designer, marketing/comms professional, or knowledge-work specialist • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marcom is suitable • Ability to identify subtle layout inconsistencies, including alignment gaps, unequal card heights, dead space, and margin issues • Ability to articulate design judgments in writing • Ability to evaluate layout and spacing in corporate deliverables • Submit a resume • Complete the Corporate Designer calibration assessment, approximately 45 minutes • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
