πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as forward-facing sales personnel to achieve North American sales targets β€’ Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings (i.e., automated drilling and fastening equipment, composites manufacturing, etc.) β€’ Source leads, identify and develop relationships with decision makers β€’ Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions β€’ Work with customers throughout entirety of sales process β€’ Lead in development of sales proposals β€’ Travel to customer sites as needed for sales and proposal meetings and to ensure we are providing world class customer service β€’ Research and identify potential future markets for existing and new Broetje products β€’ Identify possible derivative products and solutions to help expand our current offerings

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering) β€’ 7+ years working in customer facing role – ideal candidate will have work experience in Aerospace industry β€’ Related experience may include work in one or more of the following areas: Automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells or assembly fixtures, jigs, tools β€’ Manufacturing applications with thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials β€’ Factory assembly or machine manufacturing
