📋 Description

• Act as forward-facing sales personnel to achieve North American sales targets • Become technically proficient in current and future product offerings (i.e., automated drilling and fastening equipment, composites manufacturing, etc.) • Source leads, identify and develop relationships with decision makers • Qualify potential customers for genuine need and ability to purchase proposed solutions • Work with customers throughout entirety of sales process • Lead in development of sales proposals • Travel to customer sites as needed for sales and proposal meetings and to ensure we are providing world class customer service • Research and identify potential future markets for existing and new Broetje products • Identify possible derivative products and solutions to help expand our current offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline (i.e., mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical engineering) • 7+ years working in customer facing role – ideal candidate will have work experience in Aerospace industry • Related experience may include work in one or more of the following areas: Automated systems such as machine tools, robotic cells or assembly fixtures, jigs, tools • Manufacturing applications with thermoset or thermoplastic composite materials • Factory assembly or machine manufacturing
