• Provide entry-level technical and administrative support for client deliverables • Maintain quality deliverables and adhere to defined guidelines • Maintain compliance with BC document standards • Execute additional assignments based on evolving needs • Support document-related projects and initiatives • Apply BC template styles and guidelines to letter correspondence, Tech Memos, reports, design documents, and marketing materials • Check word spacing and spelling • Format section titles, headers, and footers • Update or create tables of contents • Verify pagination, page numbers, figure and table numbering, and captions • Maintain document legal limitations • Track and manage document version control • Store documents securely and ensure they remain accessible • Merge multiple files into cohesive PDFs • Create and compile documents into PDF format using Adobe or Bluebeam software • Document procedures and maintain alignment with evolving programs and guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent • Typically 0–2 years of related work experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word • Knowledge of PDF software such as Adobe or Bluebeam • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines • Ability to support tasks efficiently in collaborative environments • Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software applications • Ability to document procedures and maintain current, compliant operations • Understanding of BC Digital Signature Support, such as GlobalSign or other BC-supported software • Subject to a pre-employment background check • Subject to a pre-employment drug test
