📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, market growth, and delivery approach for Brown and Caldwell’s emerging business solutions portfolio • Lead business assessments and develop implementation strategies and plans for utility clients • Support clients’ comprehensive planning approaches connecting strategic goals to implementation • Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures for client functional areas • Lead organizational development and management services • Identify and assess risks to Brown and Caldwell and client organizations • Develop governance and policy approaches • Improve company standards and best practices • Create value propositions, roadmaps, business cases, proposals, and implementation strategies • Collaborate across Advisory Services, Client Service Teams, and Regional Practice Leaders • Mentor, guide, support, and share knowledge with less experienced team members • Adapt and execute additional assignments as business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role • Prior experience leading projects • Experience analyzing organizational and business needs, organizational development, and change management • Typically certified in the SMS Framework and progressing through SMS competencies • Strong systems-thinking competency • Proficiency researching, developing, and communicating client business factors • Proficiency in organizational function and structure • Proficiency applying organizational development and management principles • Proficiency in workforce development, performance improvement, and organizational design • Working proficiency in governance and policy development • Advanced facilitation and interview skills • Advanced written, oral, communication, and presentation skills • Working proficiency in risk identification, mitigation, and management • Advanced business process analysis, mapping, and development skills • Working proficiency applying digital solutions, AI tools, and technology systems • Leadership skills • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications, or a related field • Subject to pre-employment background check and drug test
