📋 Description

• Participate in the development and lead execution of medical pre-launch and launch activities for an Immunology asset • Adhere to the highest scientific and ethical standards • Execute global medical strategy and tactical plans for pre-launch and launch • Manage engagement of global key opinion leaders • Provide input to clinical development activities • Develop internal and external medical/scientific communication and education deliverables • Develop external and internal training and training materials • Provide scientific input to external and internal scientific publications • Support cross-functional projects • Provide scientific input to materials developed by cross-functional teams • Build and develop relationships with key external stakeholders • Contribute to cross-functional headquarters teams, local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners

🎯 Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, such as Medical Affairs • Global or regional launch experience is desirable • Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders • Proven ability to build and execute strategic and tactical medical plans • Ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyze medical/scientific literature • Developed presentation and communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong intercultural competencies • Significant knowledge in Immunology • Ability to build productive relationships with key external stakeholders • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional headquarters teams, local affiliate offices, and collaborative partners • Ability to work according to applicable rules and regulations regarding medical activities • Collaborative team player with interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude • Strategic thinker • Sense of accountability and ownership • Entrepreneurial, driven, and engaged • Flexible and able to operate in a quickly changing environment • Prioritization and time management skills • Able to work independently • High medical, scientific, and ethical integrity • Strong attention to detail
