📋 Description

• perform subcontractor oversight and/or Owner’s Advisor (OA) services at a wide variety of project sites • support Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)/Design-Build projects • oversee all onsite operations and be responsible for implementing BC’s safety and quality programs • develop and manage project schedules • manage and coordinate with subcontractors • track production, change management, submittals, and RFIs • direct all subcontractors on the project • collaborate with project director, project engineer, and project manager • conduct training and assist with office-based project management tasks

🎯 Requirements

• a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in construction management or related field • proficiency in construction management and project management techniques and practices • strong skills in managing contractor or subcontractor activities • excellent understanding of scope definition and ability to manage changes effectively • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience • current and valid driving license and good driving record • experience with project scheduling (P6, MS Project) and construction management systems (Procore) • thorough knowledge of construction practices involved with major wastewater construction projects
