📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments • Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions • Develop AI agents and experiences that take actions for organizations • Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems • Own technical components end-to-end from architecture through deployment, validation, and production observability • Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms • Model data, ship pipelines, and validate outputs • Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting • Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from concept to deployment quickly • Co-build with customers and partners while sharing best practices and enablement • Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams • Experiment with emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks and share learnings

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience; 6–10 years for Senior levels • At least one production system to discuss, ideally involving an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or frontier models • Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering • Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering • Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns • Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects • Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor • Active experimentation with AI/data tools and models • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time • Salesforce platform experience or certifications, such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist — nice to have • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration patterns — nice to have • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery — nice to have • Experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments — nice to have
