🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role • Communication and interpersonal skills • Organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Must have prior State Farm experience • Must be willing to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history • Additional language spoken by the agency: Spanish
